CEO, Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital
Jack Keller has served as the CEO at Hickman Community Hospital for nearly twenty years. The facility has a Critical Access Hospital, 40-bed Long Term Care facility, Home Health, an Outpatient Psychiatric Unit, and two Rural Health Clinics. Prior to that he served as CEO at Camden General Hospital in Camden, TN for two years and was Vice-President of Professional Services at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Huntingburg, IN (1982-1990).
Prior to an administrative career he worked as respiratory therapist and manager. Keller holds an Associate of Science Degree and Bachelor of Health services from the University of Southern Indiana and Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Evansville.
In all the rural communities he has served he has been active in civic and community organizations including President of the Hickman County Chamber of Commerce, President of the Lions Club, Chairman of the Town of Centerville Industrial Board and member of the first Leadership Hickman Class.
Chief Financial Officer
Bailey Pratt currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital and the CFO of Joint Ventures for Saint Thomas Health. Prior to taking the CFO role at Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital and CFO of Joint Ventures for Saint Thomas Health, Pratt served as the Business Operations Division Director at Saint Thomas West Hospital. Pratt began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee. He received his BBA in accounting from Miami University in Oxford Ohio and his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
Chief Nursing Officer
Robin has been Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Thomas Hickman since 2011. She was with Saint Thomas Hospital (now Saint Thomas West Hospital) since 1988 in a variety of roles such as Director of Guest Services/Patient Relations and Director of Surgical Support Services. She is an experienced health care professional with 30 years’ experience in non-profit sector with key strengths in medical staff relations, employee relations, patient relations, and patient safety, and Hospital operations. She is a trained Master Gardener and has been a Bee Keeper for over 20 years.
