Patient Satisfaction & Experience

At Saint Thomas Health Services, we understand that all the scorecards in the world are not nearly as important as the one our patients give us. That's why we have made a commitment to ask our patients what they think of the care we provide. To ensure that we get the most accurate information possible, we contract with Press Ganey Associates, Inc., an independent research firm, to conduct mail surveys to a randomized sampling of Saint Thomas Health Services patients. The following section displays the results of these surveys. It is updated throughout the year as a way of monitoring our progress. Note: Hickman Community Hospital only conducts an Emergency Department survey.
