The Baptist Sports Medicine program was created in 1992 and continues to be the premier sports medicine provider. Based in Nashville, the Baptist Sports Medicine program is the exclusive healthcare provider to the NFL’s Tennessee Titans, as well as providing services to local colleges, high schools and community recreational programs.
