Reflections

As managers and directors complete Formation, they learn to practice thoughful, integrative reflection their work as a healing ministry.  Through these reflections, we hope that they will derive a more pronounced sense of meaning, creatively address current challenges in healthcare, understand their personal leadership gifts, grow into more effective leadership styles, and advocate for those who are poor and vulnerable.  Here, we give them the opportunity to share their reflections with others.
