Aggregate Reports

Corporate and Community Medicine will provide an aggregate report to the Company. We take special precautions to be sure that there are no employee identifiers in this report. It is designed to educate companies on the percentages of hypertension, diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol and other health conditions that are problematic within their work force. We will help companies plan an effective health and wellness program based on the contents of the aggregate report.
