New Graduates
Welcome to the Saint Thomas Health Careers website! Thank you for your interest in our ministry and congratulations on your upcoming graduation!
As a new graduate, you will be eligible to apply for positions titled ‘Nursing Graduate’. You will want to watch the job postings on our website and apply for these positions as you see them posted. Our careers website is updated daily, if you do not see any Nursing Graduate positions posted when you first search the site, it is advisable to revisit periodically to look for newly added opportunities.
You may also search our posted ‘RN’ positions for additional new grad nursing opportunities as long as you hold an active RN license. If a hiring manager is considering new graduates for a RN position, the recruiter will note this in the job description. You will want to view the job description to look for a statement “New Grads welcome to apply” to verify whether new grads are being considered for that specific position. If no such notice appears in the job description, you will need to meet the job’s minimum requirements in order to be considered.
Please apply for each open position you are interested and eligible for. This ensures that your application reaches the appropriate recruiter and successfully expresses your interest in a particular job. Qualified candidates will then be shared with the hiring manager.
